myVirtualTrip, developed within the XR4ED project funded by the European Union, redefines how learners engage with knowledge through fully immersive Virtual Reality (VR). The project brings together AI-driven personalisation and interactive storytelling to create meaningful, adaptive educational experiences.
Learners explore virtual environments—historic landmarks, natural landscapes, and cultural sites—where every action, response, and choice shapes what happens next. The integrated AI personalisation server analyses behaviour, accuracy, and response time to adjust the pace, guidance, and level of complexity dynamically. Fast learners advance toward more challenging content, while others receive additional explanations and contextual support.
